(the simplicity and deliciousness cannot be overstated: pungently salty anchovies richly compliment sweet summer tomatoes, earthy parsley and spicy basil; the round flavors of egg & avocado obligingly call out for just a tad more salt to realize their vast potential. and the summation of a few fine ingredients is a very fine salad.)
