I have been eating:

peach & tomato gazpacho + basil & chile (Texas, where the tomato plant never runs dry…)

black beans spiced with cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, and fresh herbs.

and, to round things out, goat’s cheese, avocado with plenty of salt + pepper; tortilla chips.

Terrain always has some good stuff for us food-lovers & cooks, like this…

and still more perfect pastry board.

I think that next week there will be pasta salad.
